"Lesley was born in Toronto and grew up in southern Ontario. She obtained her Bachelor's degree at the University of Ottawa, her Master's at the University of Toronto, and her doctorate at the University of Alberta. Lesley was ordained in Montreal and Ottawa conference, and comes to us with a wide range of experiences in both rural and urban pastorates in southern Manitoba, as well as training in clinical pastoral education, and 9 years as a regular force Canadian Armed Forces Chaplain serving in Alberta, Manitoba, and overseas.
Lesley has two young adult children who work respectively as a policy analyst and a teacher. Recently, she became a new and very proud grandmother!
Lesley serves in the role of minister of word, sacrament, and pastoral care at Trinity United, and she continues to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Class A reservist.
Lesley is also a British citizen, and, hence, loves Monty Python movies, hiking up hills, and reading British literature. She also loves watercolour painting, running, cross country skiing, and creating pathways for people to enhance their spirituality.
Lesley does not like to sit still, and she will encourage you to think and to move outside of the box, and to colour outside of the lines as you follow with her in the way of Jesus."
